Sourcing

Every GlobeBurst story is based on reporting by established news organisations — international broadcasters, wire services, national newspapers and specialist publications. A story is published only once it has been reported by several independent outlets, and the sources are listed at the end of every story page.

Accuracy

• Headlines are kept factual. We avoid clickbait and sensational wording.
• Every story page shows when it was published and when it was last updated.
• Developing marks a story where new details are still emerging. Breaking marks a major story reported widely within a short time.

Independence

No person or organisation can pay to have a story included, ranked higher or removed. Advertising, if shown, never influences what we publish.

Corrections

If you believe a story contains an error — a wrong headline, a mix-up between two events or an incorrect link — tell us through our contact page. We review every request, correct errors promptly and remove pages that should not be published.
